8 Week Mass Building Program Plz. Help!!

Hi,
My name is Nadeem and i'm 5'9 and a paltry 114lbs. In other words a twig. I signed up for the 8 week progressive gains program and was just curious wat I should expect. Also, was extrememly curious about the gains you made when you were on this program.

I noticed my strenght went up. My weight remained the same and my bf did go down some. So, what I lost in BF I gained in muscle mass. I noticed the most gains on leg day. I did choose the special thigh/glutes program.

Your diet will determine 90% of your results. Get lots of high quality calories and good proteins.
