I cheated today, with half a loaf of whole wheat bread and Smart Balance spread (is that stuff any good? It claims it is.) But I just finished eating 6 mozzerella sticks. Is there anything worse to indulge with? Fried cheese? On top of that, I've been smoking casually. My will power is no question. But that food was the only thing in the house to eat. I am the biggest health nut there is, but I need help. I need some recipes or something, cuz everytime i go into the supermarket, Ive been craving garbage because its quick and simple. I hate tuna now because there is near nothing that I can do with it. Chicken and turkey breasts have become dull. I won't eat red meat. Help.
Now, my treadmill is being fixed or replaced next week (after like 2 months)and Im picking up my punching bag tomorrow (Is this good exercise), so Im getting back into cardio now. Any quick and tasty food recommendations? Im not just interested in health for aesthetic reasons (although that's definitely part of it, of course), I dont wanna become one of those guys who has to take a breather on his trip from the couch to the TV. And no impotency! (I need to make sure my blood flows when it needs to flow, you know?) Im worrying here. I can feel my arteries clogging. HELP!!

fruit is good and yogurt is also quick and easy. cottage cheese too, i did a fit buddy search and found some things i think i'll want to add to it. i'm with you though. I'm tiring of good food too. i ate about 1/3 of a pan of brownies in 2 days because it was so good. makes me remember why i got over weight to begin with though. have you tried making ground turkey into hamburgers? with the right amount of chili powder it makes good tacos too.

is the occasional air popped popcorn bad for you? not sure about that, but it would be a nice change too.

Yeah. Tried the ground turkey. It's good, but It's hard to find the low fat stuff round my way. Try Smart Balance popcorn, it's designed to be healthy for you. Tastes pretty good too.

You dont sound like a health nut with those eating habits, Despite that only being the stuff in the house GO TO THE STORE or dont eat the junk!

Stay off the treadmill get you butt out on that road, it is so easy to quit on a treadmill but when you are outside running you have to make it back to your destination and the different terrain helps you out A LOT!

Punching bag/Jumping rope is a good combination if done right and done in intervals...

Just like Tenor put it GROUND TURKEY! Make sure it is lean though, that stuff is god like...You can do anything with it...I've been making it like a taco salad in a tortilla bowl....But since I cant eat bread and flour products, I have to dispose of the tortilla :(
