Hi everyone,
I'm way overweight right now and have about 75 lbs. to lose. I'm hoping to do that in 1 years time if at all possible. I have lost up to 70 in the past and I think i can do it again. I have a question...i'm used to doing alot more strength training moves in a workout than my ft plan says to do...do you all add in your own exercises on top of the ft ones or do you stick close to your plan?
Also, what are your thoughts on incorporating the BFL method into the workouts.?? I'm determined to reach my goal weight and to tone up. I just want to feel like I'm giving it my best everyday.

Welcome to FT! Our goals are similar, I have 70 pounds left to lose - lost 8 here and 20.5 inches so I have become a believer!! :) Good luck to you! !
