I am a runner and a horseback rider. I am only 5'2" and whatever exercise I do I just bulk up. I need to know how to get lean muscles rather than bulk. Email me at teria.blagg@abbott.com

Lots of repetitions and moderate weight.

on feb 26, 2001 there were some posts on this in "general exercise" you might want to read. I know there were others but didn't tke the time to continue my search. you may want to try various words in the search engine.

it must be nice to be able to just bulk up so quickly....i wish i had that problem..lol

You just became the envy of all the people on this site training for mass. I, too, would love to have your problem. If you stick with a high-rep, light-wieght routine you should be fine.

why would someone ever want to get smaller?....j/k. Like everyone else said...a lot of reps and less weight
