My name is Andrew and I am 19 from London UK - how y'all doing? Just thought I would introduce myself to the site I been here a few days now - I am 5'6 and about 126lbs (9 stone) and I am looking to get fitter, gain weight too if possible and be more active in sports.
I have taken up the fitness programme and 12-week ab programme (started today) if anyone has ANY help for me in training to gain weight especially (high metabolism) and becoming fitter without losing weight that would be fantastic!
In October I begin University for my second year where I will definitely be taking up more Tennis, and starting Table Tennis and Snowboarding - and hopefully one of Squash/Trampolining too :) and if I have the money - go to the gym.....
