im just in my 2nd week, im noticing changes in my arm and legs but my abs r just the same. how long does it take to notice any change??

i hear abs are the hardest to shape up. seeing abs depends on your body fat percentage so diet is key. one summer i did the abs of steel video every day, my abs were very very very strong, but you couldn't see them any better than before i did the video (because i didn't change my diet)

make sure you are doing the exercises correctly, this means slowly (quality over quantity)

Yep, definitly diet matters alot. You also have to realize that alot of fat resides in the ab region of people. Therefor it will take longer to burn it and show the abs. Keep working the abs though to make them strong, and when the fat is gone you will see the results that youve been working for faster. Good luck
