hi guys i just wanted 2 know that whether u can actually do any exercise for ur legs which will bring cuts,i mean definations.

u can have the greatest muscle mass in the world, but it wont show worth a damn if you have a layer of fat covering it. the only thing that will produce major definitions is the reduction of body fat.

Rev8ball is right. Doing an insane amount of leg curls and extensions will get you shredded after a while. Periodization is key; do a mass routine for a couple weeks, then a 'cutting' phase for a week or two. Works pretty good for most people.

Mass: Full Squats, Hak Squats, Leg Presses, Straight Leg Deadlifts
** use reps of 15,10,8,6,4 and go HEAVY.
Cut Phase: DIET!
** you can do lunges and extensions to work on 'detail' but like the folks above said.. it's all about diet.
