Watch your diet - check out the Grocery List for Bodybuilders in another thread.
Check out the abs program on this site as well. I will warn you, this takes a lot of work and time, there are no magic formulas for quick muscle growth or weight loss.
Good Luck Osmosis!

Buy the magic pills off the Internet.

But if you want a slower, more effective plan, create a plan here and select the ab program. Then, watch your diet closely. Listen to the advice of the wiser people here. Charlie, BB1, GG, and lots of others know what they are talking about, if you simply listen and don't argue.

Remember, you are still growing, so you will gain some fat before your growth spurts. Don't fret over this, just trust that it's ok.

Good luck.

I know it's the last thing you wanna hear, but you probly shouldn't be worrying about abs. You're only 13, and while it would be wise to train your abs because it's healthy, it will be harder to really bulk in the muscle. I would reccomend to do crunches, bicycle crunches, and leg raises as a start.

Well, you will need about $3.50 or so, depending on the kind you want, and an adult. Quickest way I know of.

Otherwise, it is assbusting work, good diet, and more assbusting work, and more good diet....I guess you get the picture. If there was an "easy" way, everyone would have a sixpack instead of a "case". :)
