I want to lose 5-8 pounds in 3 weeks before school starts. I weigh 135 right now but ppl still say i need to tone up my stomach. I mostly just want a skinnier tummy in 3 weeks. Is there anyting i can do
Do cardio first thing every a.m on an empty stomach.
