i am having this back pain which makes it difficult to do more exercise so what should i do ?
when should i do exercise ?before eating or after ?

If you have had a back injury? If yes, input that into your FT Plan. Otherwise do whats in your comfort zone. If the pain gets worse while lifting a heavy weight or while doing squats for ex stop right away. And see a doctor. My lower back isn't too great either. I'm doing hyperextensions and deadlifts and it feels better days after.
