I am a 290 pound 24 year old, and i am 5' 9". I am tired of being over weight and i am ready to get serious about weight loss. I know that diet, cardio and weight training is essential, but does anyone know of a great diet plan, to go along with the personal training i will be getting.

-eat 6 small meals thru the day. same amount of carbs and protein. at least try to.
remember to consum a loy pf protein with your carbs

- 4/5 sessions of cardio per week 30/45 minutes

-get msucle: muscle burns more fat and faster

-AVOID JUNK FOOD 6 days a week you can have 1 free day

hard work and diet is the idea. don´t worry it is never late to begin just don´t desperate. be patient.
