oatmeal, sweet poatatoes, brown rice, apples, vegetables.
Look at the grocery list for a bodybuilder.
You want to eat a wide variety of fresh foods to get the best possible assortment of nutrients.

pancakes in syrup might taste good but syrup is not a flash good product.. it's purely liquid sugar. sugar = fat. fat= fat . packaged meals usually mean fat or sugary processed rubbish. low sugar means often added fat. low fat usually means fats replaced with sugar!!

I bought a low carb Atkins shake for £1.75 250ml and to my horror found I might have only been getting 2g of carbs in my protein supplement but it had 3.6 grams of cholesterol- and they advertise this rubbish as healthy???

FRESH IS BEST. EVERYTIME!
