Up until now I have been a Bowflex/Crossbow advocate. This week I started lifting at a gym as opposed to using my crossbow. I must say that I am completely exhausted. I took this week as vacation from work and boy am I glad, I would not be able to move.
I am looking forward to seeing greater results from my efforts in the future. If my muscle pain is any indicator of muscle growth, I'll me massive in no time.
Signed,
DOMS man

Good luck fsdsk. But i don't think the muscle pain is really a big indicator of muscle growth. If you are feeling too much pain then you have overdone it with you gym exercise. Remember that your muscles don't grow when you workout but when you rest after a workout. Good luck man
