I'm trying to lose about 30 lbs around the middle, while increasing and definening muscle mass. Any help would be welcome. It has been almost 15 years since I've gotten serious about my health.:dumbbell:

Have you begun cleaning up your current eating that led to the 30 lbs you wish to lose?

Do you exercise any now?

Besides losing 30 lbs, what other goals do you have?

Have you filled out your nutritional profile to see what amounts of fats, carbs, and protein you should be getting daily? Total calories needed to maintain your weight minus 250 cals to begin dropping in weight?

Are you drinking water rather than a lot of sodas or alcohol?

Also, filling out your profile is always helpful to those of us here who will help give you advice.

Welcome aboard! :)
