Question about when I'm done

I think I will be done with the program the first or second week of Sep. but i have mmissed the past 2 weeks cuz school started and the only time I can workout is after, and I have to use our so called gym @ my house but right now it is WAY TO HOT to workout, it's about 90+ when I get home, and then I cant do it later cuz I have homework,chores,etc.:surprised:. I was thinkin about just printin off the workouts and doin them when it cools off or just doin the program over, cuz I probably will do that later anyway....What should I do?

The important thing is consistency. Do your workout at any time of the day that is convenient for you, but just do them. Your benefits will be that much more apparent much sooner.

I also have school, homework, chores, etc. I choose to work out around 9-10 p.m. at night. Usually all my homework is done by then, or if its not then I take a break and workout :laugh:

Even if you had 3 hours of homework, 2 hours of chores, and you get home at 5 from school every day after school, it is still possible to fit in a 30 minute -hour long workout. Why not wake up earlier and do half your workout in the morning? That way you will be able to fit in the rest with your hectic schedule after school?

Or, once your home, if its too hot to work out then do all your chores and homework. By the time it starts to cool off, you should be free the rest of the day to work out. If you really have your heart set on working out, you will find a away.
