Hey there, I'm new to freetrainers.com, and i want to lose my weight the fastest way possible. i already have my plan figured out by using the guidlines on this site, but i am confused about one thing, when it is best to do the excercises. some people say that it is best to do your excercises in the morning, and some say it's better at night. i don't know what to do!!!!!!

Welcome rainbowgirl_09 to freetrainers.
We all want to lose the weight (fatty tissue) as fast as possible. It doe take a bit of time.
You seem to be highly motivated, which will let you begin to see results within 3-6 days. Your energy, will be raised, you will feel great about yourself, you might even take a measurement and see a surprise (don't foreget to measure your self everywhere before you start).
The best time to exercise is in the morning first thing. But not all of us can so we do it when we can manage to fit it in. At least you will be doing the exercise, even if it is in the afternoon or evening.

morning is best to keep your energy going all day then at night take a 20 min walk bike ride or cardio...morning is always the best time. But anytime is better then not doing it at all
