I was thinking about including Glutamine powder, Whey protein, and milled flax seed, in my daily oatmeal. But not sure if the heat will ruin any of the three mentioned above? Also,is this good as a pre-bed meal?

Heat will denature(breakdown) the proteins in your whey - wait till the oatmeal's cooled then add the whey. Don't know about glutamine.

You can use Optimum Nutrition's Any Whey....it is formulated for cooking(high heat).

To be more specific, I didn't plan to cook with those. The idea was to include the glutamine, protein, and flaxseed after I had my oatmeal in the bowl and ready to eat. But still, not sure if that is enough to denature these stuff.
-And if someone could answer that last question on the first post I would appreciate it!:)
