IM GOING CRAZY I REALLY WANT TO SERIOUSLY TONE MY THIGHS ESPECIALLY THE FATTY INNER AREA ..........HELP!!!

adductor and abductor(yes, no's) machines. Sumo squats and deadlifts might help too.

But to REALLY notice the difference; you have to do everything; cardio, weight training, diet and MASSAGE!
