:big_smile: Hello all,
I am a 23 yr old female. I am looking for away to lose lbs very fast. Away that I will lose lbs fast very fats and not hurt my body. I am wanting to get into the NAVY. I also want to lose lbs, for a wedding gown as well. I also want to be fit, for the rest of my life. I live in Dallas Texas. What would be the best way for me. I have to get down to 150 or less. I am 5-5 and I am at 230. I need a FAST VERY GOOD PLAN.

Welcome to freetrainers. Fill out the info on here to get your nutritional plan, and try a training program that includes cardi and resistance exercise. Perhaps a program from here on FT.
You will have to look at the foods you now eat and decide if you really want to continue eating them.
Start out by cutting processed foods and simple carbs from your diet.
be patient and good luck.
You should feel and see some results within 3-6 days after you start.

Welcome to the site..But remember lossing it fast is not as good as lossing it slow. The slower you loss it the slower it will return with a good diet..work on feeling better as you loss the weight and showing off your best parts. that will hold you offf as you are lossing your extra pounds....good luck
