ive started working out on monday the 23 and i dont know how to work the charts. im 5'7 and 135 pounds and i dont know how to put the weight in beside the reps(for ex.if i work on my calves i dont know how much weight to put into my chart can somebody please help me.

If you are doing exercises with weights, enter the amount of weight used and the number of reps. If you are using body weight like push-ups, just enter 0 and the number of reps.
