I'm about 5'5 and I weigh 150 pounds. I want to lose at least 20, I'm on weight watchers, and I've been eating better, but I just cannot get the weight to go down any further...I need to rid of the fat on my and the like right underneath my stomach, those two areas bother me much. And I think if I lost at least 20 pounds, and toned up a little I'd be perfect. So I was thinking- I'm doing Taebo in the afternoons to tone up, eating better, and running, And I know those things will help. But, what exercises can I do at night, to rid of the roll, and maybe get some more of the arms to slim down? A reply from someone would help a lot...Thank you- :)

You might want to try speeding up your metabolism by doing some resistance training at home. There is a great program here on ft that will help you succeed in what you are looking for (fat loss and gain lean mass).
To tone one has to work on muscles, and this will in turn make your body burn more calories, shed more fat, and tighten up your skin.
Hope this help.

Unfortunately there is no such thing as spot reduction. As carivan said you need to just keep up the exercise, increase your metabolism and work on toning the problem areas. Unfortunately problem area's can take the longest to improve (that is why they are problem areas I guess). But keep at it and keep encouraged!

Whats the rush? Read some of the posts here and try a program from here on FT! If you make your change slowly, you will stay that way! Good luck.
