Hi... what is the best way to get chest push up and (how much) or bench press.....?????

Bench press. With the standard push up, you can only do as much as you weigh...unless you strap some weights on your back.

with push ups you don't exactly push your weight up but only 70 or 75% from what I've heard.
exercises like push ups and pull ups are usually their for beginners who are starting out a training program but advanced lifters encorporate these exercises from time 2 time just for the sake of variation and they get impressive results.

That isnt necessarily true. Pull ups are probably one of the best back exercises you can do. As far as chest goes, your much better off benching. Try supersetting the bench with push ups, that should give you some results!
