Hello everyone, you don't know how glad I am to have stumbled upon this site. I'm in decent shape but I know I'm not doing all that I can. Hopefully I'll get the motivation and direction I'm looking for to regain the posture I had 10 years ago.
I'm hoping to develop a routine that will focus on heavy cardio training mixed in with some weight training. Also, will I ever be able to have a six pack? Right now I have a two pack and have yet to unlock the mystery of lower abs and obliques.
