is it ok to take CLA and a fat burner? or would that just be double dosing?

No, it would be fine...except for the fact that there really is no good "fat burner" out there.

CLA is a good fat.

hai, i've been going to the gym for more than a year now, but sad to say i haven't reach my goal yet. i don't know what really went wrong. may be because i have a big stomach? or perhaps am really born to be like what i am now. i really don't know :-(

It si time to reevalute whet you have been doing....both in nutrition and exercise. Our bodies adapt well...so it important to keep changing up what you do. Are you keeping a food journal? Write down everything...include any little thing you put in your mouth....that one peanut...the extra tsp oil cooked with...etc.
