I played around with this tool way back when I joined, and because I didn't immediately get into I never tried it again. I just got bitten by the nutrion tracker bug :angry::laugh: This is honestly one of the best tools on the site. I like how it gives you an idea of how well you are eating, not only does it give calories and fat it lets you know about vitamins and minerals. I've seen over the past few days that while I am doing okay with the numbers, the content could be better. This has made me strive to eat the healthiest foods possible. Now I don't think hmmm what can I eat that's less than 100 calories and 2 grams of fat, I think hmmm what can I eat that will give me protein and a little omega 3 :big_smile: I think the diet is taking a turn for the best. I don't think I'll need supplements as I have easily gotten to the minimum protein requirements these past three days. I'm now adding in more protein snacks like hard boiled egg whites in order to make sure that I get all the nutrients I need. I'm excited to see how this positive change will affect my body.
