Hi :)
I'm 5'4" 23 yr old female, 140 lbs. Want to lose fat and gain lean muscle. Running 3 x's a day for 30 min. Lax on lifting weights...:(

the tracker says..
eat:
280 carb 140 protien 23 fat.

I'm going on vacation for a week and will be eating out a lot. What do you pros suggest I chose?

So, I got cliff bars, apples, carrots and whole weat pretzles for snaks during the day. We're going on a bunch of mini day trips, so I figured I should bring some easy things... Not sure how good Cliff bars are... they keep me full...

Relax, enjoy your vacation. Eat what you want. Just me friendly advise. You can get back into the swing of things when you return. I know I'm going to get ripped for this.
