Hello, I wanna know if you keep in mind the weight of the bar when you log the total weight of an exercise? How do you measure it?

Thanks!

Yup.. bar weight counts... mine weighs 20 pounds... to weight it, just put it on a scale, or weigh yourself holding the bar, then without.. the difference is the bar weight... I heard the bars in gyms weigh 45lbs...

jmromero, Most bars you find on a bench press are 45 lbs (olympic size). Straight curl bars are usually 35lbs and sometimes 25lbs. Easy curl bars are generally all 25lbs.
