Hi, my name is Stephanie and I am 5'2 110 pounds. I am not trying to lose weight or gain weight I am just trying to get toned and create a longer line with my body. I have just started adding weight training to my regular routine of running 15 miles a week and I am worried about bulking. I have high testesterone (spelling) levels, but I am taking progesteron to help that. My hormones levels are not completely normal yet, but I was wondering if weight training would make me bulk? I do light weights and 2 sets of 15 reps. Thank you.

You shouldn't see bulking with the weight training you ate doing. You will see a nice sculptured look and even try 3 sets of 12. But you must have resistance with the last 3 reps of each set. Add the weight accordingly and don't forget, keep perfect form.
Again, you will not look bulky as females tend to not get bulky unless they modify their chemistry.
