Hey bb1, i have a question about insuline spiking. I have been using nature's best carbo power for spiking not sure if yor familiar with the product. It has 41gr. of surgars and a 100gr. of carbs and a total of 400 calories. I know it has dextrose or malto not sure which one i'll check today. My question is if i'm wanting to gain and weigh 190lbs. i know have to take 1\2 my body weight and split the malto and dextrose can i add one of the 2 to the carbo power to even it out or should i just drop the carbo power entirely? I have dextrose and malto the problem is that it doesn't mix good nor does it taste good but i haven't tried it in a good while and forget if i can mix it with my protein shake or do i have to mix it seperately chug it then drink the protein shake. I like the carbo power because it tastes good, i'm just not sure how much good it's doing me. thanks bb1 sorry if this sounds a little confusing ill try to explain it better if you can't figure out want i'm asking

one more thing i forgot to add, if you insuline spiking do you still need a post workout meal or should you just eat at your regular intervals?
