Hey i have a few

1.how can i loose wieght around my belly..im 208lbs 6'1 im 24yrs old.....

2.i heard any 100% pure creatine is good, as long as its 100% true or false

3.Is myloplex a good protein to use for my proteing intake?

4.can i lose wieght while taking in 208grams(my body weight) of protein a day??
