Hello, I'm wondering if I can get some help with the nutrition profile. I just completed the profile and these are the numbers that FT gave me.

Protein - 140 g
Carbohydrates -280 g
Fats - 23 g
Total Calories -1865

Maybe it's just me, but don't the grams for carbs seem kinda high? I always thought that the ratio should be protein 40%, carbs %40 and fat %20. Also, I've been used to eating anywhere from 1200-1300 calories a day. I'm afraid that I will start to put on weight with 1865. I'm signed up on the fat loss program. What do u all think?

Thanks!

Something to keep in mind as that these are designed to be used with a moderate to heavy workout rountine. Try it for a month or so and if you are putting on weight, lower the calories my 250-300 and see what kind of resutls you get. There is a common myth out there that if you don't eat you will lose weight, that is just not true. Make sure what you are eating is clean foods. It actually doesn't look to bad to me.
Good Luck!
