I'm 17 years old with pretty low weight for my height. I have subcutaneous fat on my belly that I'd like to get rid of, but my mom does not want me to do massive amounts of cardio. She'd like me to put on a little more fat.

I am currently on the massive eating diet and working out with 15 lb. barbells doing the home workout routine.

What do you suggest I do? My mom doesn't want me to lose anymore weight, but I want to get rid of the subcutaneous fat. I don't have time to go to a gym to use "real" equipment. Should I continue to stick to my diet and keep doing what I'm doing? Should I incorporate some light cardio? If so, how often?

I am stuck!
I don't know what to do!

Help me please!!!!

Yes, use your weights as much as you can. If you can find more, use those. Try to do an overall body workout probably 3x a week. This will change how your body looks overall and will help to change how your body reacts to foods. However, in order to lose body fat, you will have to narrow your diet down. Like has been said, stay away from fast food. If she's not allowing much cardio, you may want to look into a ketogenic diet, or at least a cyclical one. But then again, you could try a high carb diet, it will depend on how your body deals with the different macro nutrients.
