I'm 5'10 200lbs pretty much solid. I want to cut up quite a bit. How many calories, protein, carbs, and fat to instake to reach my goal? I'm on a 3 day split along with 1 hour of moderate cardio (after weights). I also walk on the treadmill here at work three times a day for 15 min ea (during my break). My diet looks like this:
Morning OatMeal & Tuna
Mid Morning Oatmeal & Tuna
Lunch Chicken Breast w/Veggies
Mid Afternoon Oatmeal & Tuna
Protein Shake 2 scoops right after workout
Dinner Chicken Breasts w/veggies
Last Meal Tuna & 2 scoops of peanut butter
*1 gallon of water per day
>Doing this cold turkey as of today
>Can I put fruits in here somewhere without hindering my fat lost?
