Hey everyone, i am new 2 this site and am wondering if anyone has any idea why the hell i cant loose weight in my stomach...i did a low carb diet for a few months and went from 155 2 114 now.,...i kept the weight off for several months but then got out of my routine and have gained 16 pounds back...c the thing is that even at 114 i had a flabby ass stomach, a pooch...what can i do, what can i take, HELP!!!!!!!!

Pick a weight training and cardio program (lots of good ones here at ft!)and a sensible diet and get moving - build firmer muscles and get rid of fat, you will see a difference in a month or two if you stick with it.
