Hi all...my name is Vincent. I'm a soccer coach for a travelling team as well as a soccer referee. I've always just "gotten by"...but I'm finally making the commitment to lose that last 10 to 15 lbs PLUS increase my strenght and endurance. This seems the place to start. My wife, who works out (in every realm imaginable) purchased a home gym and that's just the catalyst that I need.
