Hi all,

I'm trying to get back into shape, but always saw gyms as boring and time consuming. For lack or better incentives, I'll force myself to go to gym everyday for 2 months to see if I get used to it (or the general feeling it might generate).

Some strategies include trying to find a workout partner (I'm at the Spectrum Club in Fullerton, CA) and play some sports. Shoot me a if interested in helping me.

Wish me luck,

Dylan:cool:

Dylan,
Welcome to ft!

Find an activity that interests you and play! Then use your gym time to work on improving your game with a specific conditioning program, maybe having a purpose will make it less humdrum.

Good luck then..

Don't "force" yourself to go to the gym. Just go there and feel happy that you're going to be going to a place where you can get back into shape.

Soccer would be a good sport...
