Im new to this site.. and I did my nutritional profile to get a plan and I could not believe what it said..it gave me over 3000 calories??? whats up with that Im a female trying to lose weight can someone plz help me here.. thanks

Welcome to freetrainers I.Can.Do.It! With the self motivation that you have, you shouldn't have a problem reaching your goal.

It's hard to say if the plan goofed on you calories, as I do not know your weight.
A woman wanting to reduce fatty tissue, should never go lower than 12 cal per pound. You Might want to start at about 13-14 and perhaps adjust after 2 weeks.

Thank you for your response... I weigh 232lbs does that calorie intake seem high?? and I was looking over the workout that was designed for me and I see some things I KNOW I can not do atleast not yet :big_smile: how do I handle that..

3000 sounds right to me. The exercises that you say "You can't do" is it because you don't have the stregnth capacity or is it equipment? Email me here if you'd like, or just post.
