hi all,
I found this site while searching on google. Well my story is I was working out hard in my senior year in high school maxing at around 250lb and played football/track. When college started I didnt workout for almost a year, now in my sophmore year I have a tough academic schedule but will hit the campus fitness center at least 3 times a week to build more mass and find that 6-pac. I turn 19 in november and I'm looking at which supplements to take. My cousin recommended cell tech but I'm thinking creatine isn't good for long term. Still got more research to do..
welcome to ft! I am not sure what your question is..
A good multivitamin, a high quality protein supplement and the right foods/exercise plan will get you pretty far without any other supplements. Then when you plateau, maybe think about looking into some other supps, but it probably isn't necessary.
