Ive never heard of the one your taking but I have heard a lot of negative things about Muscle Tech products. Gains depend a lot on your diet and your dedication to working out.

Everybody is different so we cannot really determinate how many gains you'll have (also depends on your diet, training and of course water intake).
Also you got sooooo many brands out there and the very best thing is to try by yourself.

Cell Tech is a creatine "transport" product. This means it contains other ingredients to help transport the creatine into the muscles, whereas regular creatine monohydrate (the white powder) is just that...no other ingredients.
I would stick with Creapure stamped creatine, however. This is the most purest made in the world. Prolab and Universal carry this type of creatine.
As far as gains, like the others have said, everyone responds differently.
Good luck!

Creatine is bodybuilding supplement. Do some research...try www.netrition.com and type in creatine. Then, pick a creatine product that has an overview of what it is and what it can do for you.
You can also use the ft search button...there have been hundereds of posts on this subject.

Yeah that's why I asked. I figured it was some sort of supplement, but thanks for the info.

Check out the USA Marketing Creatine, it gets into your blood stream within 15 mins. Whereas the conventional creatines take time to get into the system. Ive been using the product for sometime now and i have noticed considerable gains.
