ok, I've read at least 10 threads on whey protein and creatine.
I'm thinking of trying out the whey protein first. I'll head out to buy 100% whey protein, but before I do I want to ask about how to take it on off days. I will be working out at least mondays, wed, fri. I understand its best to take the whey protein after you workout.
But is it also good to to take in the morning?? With milk and peanutbutter I guess to help slow it down
Also do I take the protein on days I dont workout ??
