im in the process of trying to gain a 6 pack im currently 78kg and im 6foot. A freind of mine that trains everyday nearly told me the best way too lose the fat round your body and covering your abs is too cut the carbs too bear minimum and eat more protien so i did what he told me. However 4 weeks into not eating many carbs and i still looks almost the same should i been eating more carbs or more protiens what am i doing wrong. I run 1 mile a day and doo situps and stuff i also use a bullworker too tone my other muscles however my 6 pack just wont appear help witha diet please :)
eating no carbs if your doing any form of training is not healthy for you. you need to build muscle in your abdominal muscles and do cardio to get rid of the fat. A healthy diet should be maintained to supply your body with the required energy. You can get a nutritional program elsewhere on the site, keep up the cardio 4 weeks is a relatively short time just keep at it and you wil see results
