I've got some exciting recipes. Nothing real fancy or new, but may be new to those who don't cook often. I'll post them as soon as my wife and I finish the recipe book. All contents are healthy, free of "dirty" carbs. They are all easily made in batches so they can be eaten throughout the week all day long (especially good for those on the go).
