i have recently bought a toning belt but havent started using them. what is the minimum age you should use one; and for how long. also, i find that i cannot do crunches regularly enough so i dont have exceptional abs. is there an easier way???

if your talking about the kind that shock you abs to make them contract, I read that they are actually dangerous and dont do anything for your muscle anyways. Dont focus so much on crunches....there are a truckload of other ab exercise out there that might spark your abs into new growth.

I saw on TV once a case of a man that almost died using those ab & chest belts that appear on infomercials. Apparently, the intense vibration of the belt gave him a heart attack, he didn't die but he was really close.
I imagine that it was an exceptional case out of thousands of those belt users, but I would suggest you to stick to normal ab exercises. That and a proper diet will take you to reach your goals.

abs are a muscle that needs to be stimulated. No electronic device will do this...by the way, many of those ab belt suppliers are in court.
