The mirror and your measurements are your best measurements. The BMI is one of the worst inventions of our time. One of my friends is considered obese (by the BMI index,) but has 10% bodyfat. If you see muscle tone in the mirror and your bodyfat measurements are there, then your at a healthy weight.

Hard to say without knowing your lifestyle. One can be 5'7 and when they train they are 170-174. On the charts that shows one as unhealthy though. One can also weigh between 140 and 150 with no lean mass.

It'd be easier to just ask yourself if you're healthy or not, weight isn't the deciding factor in health.
