I AM 22 YRS OLD. 5'9 200lb,17% BODYFAT. I AM ABOUT TO START THE 12 WEEK MUSCLE MASS PROGRAM ON MONDAY WITH SOME ADDED CARDIO. I DONT WANT TO GAIN ALOT OF WEIGHT IF ANY AT ALL BUT I REALL NEED TO LOSE SOME FAT. IS THIS A GOOD PROGRAM FOR ME?? I AM ON A PRETTY STRICT DIET. I WAS ALSO THINKING AFTER THE 12 MUSCLE MASS PROGRAM TO START THE TONING PROGRAM ANY IDEAS ABOUT THAT?? ANY INPUT WOULD BE APPRECIATED. THANX

I personally would recommend the Weight Loss and Tone program. I have been doing this now for two complete weeks, and I have lost six pounds, and have retained my strenght. I would like to say that I have gained some strength, but I think it's too soon for me to say that for sure. Good luck with whatever you decide to do.

Yes if you want to go with your diet, not put on too much lean muscle weight and still train hard, then maybe you should start with the 8 weeks weight loss and tone program (as Jamesz said).
Then after (if you want some more muscle mass) you can hit the other program as well.

I am 4 weeks deep into the weight loss and tone program and have no clue how much weight I've lost. I look and feel alot better already, so I recommend the tone program first also.
