what is the diffrence if i eat bad fat or good fat?? wont i pretty much get the same outcome?? my max fats i can eat a day is 104 so cant i just eat whatever the hell i wnat untill i reach 104?? or do i have to make it good fats just to gain muscle correctly?? will it make a diffrence in my gaining?? will i have more flab if i eat the bad fats? and same thing for carbs, should i eat carbs with less sugar even if i am trying to gain muscle weight, or does it not matter????all i wnat is to gain muscle without being chubby or anything ..i am a little confused with all this
