I just got a sample from GNC.....What is it supposed to do, and does it work????

Thermoburst is a supplement that is supposed to add more energy to your workout. I.E. allow you to work out longer. Also, it has been reported that you wont get the jitters like other products of this type.

i got on thermo burst, and zma at the same time, i have been eating a very healthy diet and ezcerzizing very hard. i lift monday through friday and i run wednesday, thursday, saterday and sunday. i have lost about ten pounda of fat and i am getting much more defined. i now have veins in my forearms, bicepts all over, spiderweb veins in my right pec and back and sholders, i was woundering what is causeing this. i was woundering if it is the thermoburst, the excersize and lifting program or some combination of the two. and i was woundering if i could maintain or even improve on this body shape without the thermo burst because i dont want to take it if it is just wasting my money. any help on this subject would be great

i bealieve in the concept of mind over matter. i believe that a person is only as strong as their mind and their body is just the shell, the work horse, the blunt instrument to get the job done, however, if your mind is strong you can keep your body strong. when i am tired i tell my body to F*** off, because i believe that when i am tired its just my boddy telling my mind to stop. then i go untill i cant go any further, and then i go one more time. i am on my quest to be the biggest bad-A$$ out there, a physical specimen, a supreem being.

Actually. You will not build muscle if you do not rest. My friend is a competing weight lifter and he thought he could do that and he got a hernia. Now the military rejected him from service. That's why reps with rest is important

hernia isn't a joke, trust me. i was born with it, had surgury when i way 3 yrs old. Then when i turned 16 i got it again by trying to lift too much. u do not want to go thru the same pain i did.
