I haveplenty of mass on my arms but im finding it hard to get some definition into them, can anyone suggest any excerises. I know going light and doing more reps will help me burn more calories, is that the way to go?
You have to incorporate some isolation exercises when working your arms. From the main menu, go to ft Exercise Resources, then Muscle Targeting, then choose Biceps and then Triceps. FT lists a few isolation exercises you can do (i.e. concentration curls, etc.).
