I would drop the pre workout doseage. Just have it before bed. This is optimal for ZMA, it enhances your sleep, thus aiding in repair of tissues, anabolic hormones, etc. This is one supplement that is effecitive and worth using. An optimal dose is around 400 mg. magnesium and 35 mg. zinc with a few milligrams of B6(the b6 insures the magnesium will be absorbed into the cell walls). For a woman it is usually a bit less. With EAS ZMA, I believe 4 capsules is but 225 mg. magnesium.(along with the C, E, etc). This should be fine.
