I AM 39 YEARS OLD, AND DEPERATLY IN NEED OF A PLAN THAT WILL WORK!...I NEED TO LOSE 75-100 LBS..I AM REALLY ITO CYCLING , AND I AM SOMEWHAT INTIMIDATED BY THE GYM.CAN I DO THIS WITH PROPER DIET AND CARDIO ALONE?...OR IS THE BEST WAY TO PACK ON THE MUSCLE. I HAVE A LARGE FRAME, AND I HAVE HAD SEVERAL PEOPLE TELL ME , THAT I SHOULD GET INTO BODY BUILDING....SOMEWHAT CONFUSED WITH ALL THE "ADVICE" I HAVE GOTTEN...ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE VERY WELCOME!

Hey David...

Welcome to FT... I believe you can drop all your goal weight on diet and cardio, but, muscle helps to burn more calories...

If you are intimidated by the gym, workout at home. FT has a home workout plan that require minimal weights...
